My People app Emojis. The My People feature which was brought back in build 16184 now supports sending and receiving of emojis and notification badges from pinned contacts on the taskbar. Pinned contacts on the taskbar will also display a counter for unseen messages. If you find this feature distracting you can turn it off in taskbar settings.

Then go to Settings > Sync notifications and turn on all the Cortana cross-device features. When you receive a call, you’ll get a notification showing who it is and gives you the option to text a reply or decline the call.
